Was it "won" at System Board or via Arbitration? If arbitration, was there a docket number or particular arbitrator that heard the case?
I ask not to be argumentative, but because I truly am curious...I can't imagine Delta Air Lines management and BoD would allow ALPA to dictate business in a completely separate segment of industry without a stout fight.

The entire reason I posted in this thread was to see if guys actually working a DPJ has heard anything, because I really don't trust the higher ups of DALPA. I want to know the DETAILS of the grievance.

Yes. And that's why I'm nosing around. It's the only way anything gets done. It was the lowly line pilots who realized DAL management was violating our scope WRT the allowable amount of 76 seaters a few years ago. That's a different can of worms that many are still angry with Lee Moak about.

The Mainline Delta pilots should really be ticked off about the FACT that DPJ pilots get positive space tickets on Delta maineline jets to where ever their airplane happens to be. You dont have it that easy getting to and from work.

Why? Apples and Oranges. There are not a bunch of reserve guys waiting at whatever FBO at whatever airport the jet happens to be parked at. Does anyone anywhere get positive space tickets for commuting for a 121 job?

You DAL guys do realize that DAL doesn't own those aircraft and that the owners of those aircraft will simply move them to other certificates and in the end the loser is DAL, the revenue stream is gone, as well as the possibility that occasionally those "owners" and users will even think about flying a DAL WB... nobody wins here...well, the union can thump its chest but its a minuscule victory at best. I certainly believe that DAL should protect scope I just think this is the wrong place to worry about it.

This is hilarious, airline pilots who, in other threads, post that corporate flying is beneath their dignity suddenly fighting for it u der the guise of " protecting scope". First DPJ, whatever its value as an employer have been around for years and is now a problem?
Second, it's a fiercely competitive market, putting DPJ pilots on the DL seniority list would kill it and the revenue.
Third, their are 2,000 large bizjets and they aren't going to the airlines. I've flown way too many KHPN-KIAD (in the old days KLGA-KDCA) and KHPN-EGGW and LFPB legs to believe the airlines will ever recapture those passengers.
BTW, I'm a 350,000 mile DL flyer "commuting" to meet airplanes around the world, want to see me go to AA?
