Unless you're at a regional that is losing its aircraft through the game of whipsaw, I'm not sure why guys would apply to XO these days.

It's not the end of the world, but when you look at our daily rate based on salary and days worked and compare with #1 and #2, it's pretty low. And as Lear said, travel to/from work is on company time (with a few exceptions that make no sense), which is a big plus!
