Guess you wont apply for any job ever then. Pretty standard to submit SS#.

Never had to do it online as part of the initial application. Have applied numerous times elsewhere without the request.

It's becoming more common place these days, but I do understand your concern. I was a bit uncomfortable doing it myself but if your app isn't complete you know what "file" it goes to!

Can anyone give me some insight into if you actually sign a 1 year training contract with XOJet...I know they tell you you have to pay it back if you leave within a year prorated but do you actually sign any piece of paper that they can get you on?

Well, I finally got word back that they would not be going forward with an interview for me. After several phone calls and emails back and forth with the recruiter they determined I lived to far from an airport the closest airport they liked (ATL) its a 3 hr drive for me and I even have a condo to stay at next to pdk. They said they want people 2 hrs max. So disappointed!!! GL All

Don't be too disappointed. XOJet is a time building job for other positions. That news might be a blessing in disguise. .

Agreed, the latest Intel around the flex jet cooler is that the deal is not over yet to buy you guys. They really want their hands on those 300s and I hear that the citation 10 will just be sold off.
