I interviewed on the spot at WAI this week. They were looking at resumes at their booth and I got a phone call to interview that day about an hour after I talked to them. Supposed to hear back soon. Going to events seems to be very valuable with them.

In general I thought good folks were getting movement like you had on the spot at the convention.
