First year pay is 52,200/year. There are talks about increasing that, but that is really only talk at this point.

Is anyone getting an interview without an internal rec ? Been applying for awhile no internal rec and nothing but crickets. Going to see if I can make it to job fair.

What are the call outs like at XO? Are most of them ASAP? Or are many like when you end for the day they tell you about the deaparture for the next day? Mix of both? Ever get called at 11pm after being up all day for an asap all night transcon?

Going to apply plus attend the job fair next week.
My quals include:
4700tt
4400 ME turb
1000 135/freight
2000 121/freight
1400 121 Tpic
4 yrs line service experience, living in S.Fla
Bachelor's degree.
No internal recs. No jet.
Good enough?
