Any tips/tricks to know for the phone screening? Was fortunate enough to get an email with instructions for scheduling one finally. I've had my app in for years.
Also, I was curious about the training contract. I read through and learned it was a 12-month, pro-rated contract... but seems no one has mentioned the value? $12k? Cost of type rating received? How much is it?
