Are you a Buffalo pilot cause if that's the case 16 out of 20 for you guys is a lot. Either way everyone I know has been working 18-20 days a month and getting calls to work most hard days. They cannot continue to operate this short on pilots or they won't have any pilots left.

Willingness to be away from home all the time: 8/10

Love of multiple short-notice trip changes: 9/10

Ability to wear long sleeve dress shirts and ties in 90 degree humidity for 14 hours a day, in 10-day stretches: 6.8/10

Your resume only needs to be 3 lines long - Ability to fly, extensive experience smiling and nodding, well-versed in the business theory of "thank you sir, may I have another?"

I kid, I kid...your 10 days on are just to be available....you won't necessarily fly them all (you will).

**to be paid out at $2500/quarter...yeah, ill let you do the math on that one
with that said, i agree with you that the regionals are stepping up their game. Things are getting interesting

Executive Air Share FTW advertising for jobs and included this "Benefits: Average of 16-18 duty days per month and average of 8-10 overnights per month." Anyone willing to chime in on truthfulness?

18-20 duty days and 14-16 overnights for me. The average is diluted by a number of factors, but its not hard to find someone in FTW working the amount that I described.

With every regional and LCC screaming for pilots and the regionals having a flow to the Big 3 why on earth are you guys working for an outfit like Executive Airshare? Do you guys have DUI's? Felonies? Child molestation charges? Explain to someone on the outside.

There are plenty of people who don't want to work for the 121 world. Or maybe people who live in the EAS bases and don't want to move or commute.
Plenty of reason beyond the absurdity you suggest.

EAS is a great company. You're gonna find guys at every company who whine and complain about schedules, contracts, overnights, etc.
No company is immune to the complaining and keyboard kourage brigades.

Carry on!
