Default Pilot Winter coats

Hey Guys

This probably isn't the right place for this thread but, I need some input. I am looking for winter jackets for our pilots. I would like the overcoat style but it needs to be water proof and warm enough for the winters. One with a removable liner would be nice too. I really like the ones that NetJet pilots have. Do any NetJet pilots want to tell me what brand you guys wear or where to get them from? I have done some searching around online and not coming up with what I'm looking for. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

RSD

M&H doesn't make anything of quality. Ask any guy with a smelly, oversized leather jacket. I'll bet it's from M&H

They're by Loro Piana; I think we did a special direct order for the coats. It's warm and looks nice, but I've found the arms are too skinny. Trying to wear it over the blazer involves pulling the blazer's sleeves back down because the overcoat pulls them up. Annoying. But it's a nice coat and the shell does a great job keeping the rain off. I found it fits much better without the liner, but of course it isn't as warm that way.

I don't know that they sell anything quite like it via normal channels, though, as it was a custom order for us. The "Sebring" coat on their web site might be close, but it's hard to tell from the pictures.
