I expect things to get better for sure, and I am not interested in concessions in the least. However management wants to gut healthcare, and they have done so with non-union employees already. I just doubt we will see benefits get better than they are but of course I hope I am wrong.

Jesus dude....really!? The point was that I do not get money taken out of my paycheck for health care premiums. I am pretty sure 99% of smart people know there is co-pays and deductibles. You clearly did not get that and want to take the nuclear option on what I said. I am fully aware of what this EMT has done and probably will do in the future.
You need to push back from the keyboard, take a couple of deep breaths, and reengage. No one here is ready to give into this EMT either through negotiations, concessions, or whatever else. No one has said that...indicated that..or hinted at that.
If I say "the sky is blue", your response should not be "Holy crap, this EMT is trying to take my 4th crew meal."

Go read post #646 that was in response to your post that insurance is free. That is what I was responding to. If you took that as me using the "nuclear option" that was not my intent, but I respect your opinion.

Hey all, I was wondering how stringent NJ is with their qualification times. I personally don't have the 500 hours multi, but have around 1800 turbine and 1300 PIC turbine. Would this be considered? I do have my MEL ATP and a current type in a CE-525B.

Actually, you do. Even though you don't see it as a line item on your ADP statement, your pay and benefits were negotiated as a package deal, and your pay scale is lower than it could be because of the health coverage.

Look up the salary for which schedule you would likely want (7/7 and 18 day fixed are easier to hold right away than 15 day flex) and add 10%.
