Any current NJ guys here have any insight on what it takes to get noticed? I've seen some guys with only about 3000hrs and a type getting hired with no internals. Current RJ FO but I spent most of my career in the charter/fractional world and would love to go to Netjets.

You answered your own question. Newhires are on the 100 domicile system. B scale basing. Any contract that puts any pilot on a B scale is a no from me.
