NetJets Interview Gouge
#341
I didn't ask about upgrade time. I wouldn't ask about something we already know to be a guesstimate and was placed on the CON side of the list. During the panel, one of the interviewers asked the question if I was okay with an upgrade time of "10 years or more". The question was asked in a way that did not state a specific time or guarantee anything. No problems there.
Anyone care to provide information regarding loss of license insurance? I understand that NJ provides assistance for 3 years post event and then offers supplemental through Harvey Watt. Does the first three years cost the pilot anything? Thanks.
Also interested in term insurance benefits... Or I can wait til class.

the company provides three years then harvey watt through the union ,if you enrolled when hired, picks up the tab after that till 65 roughly. Premiums for HW are based on your income. Probably about 100 bucks a month for a new hire roughly.

Now itīs been a while since I had the phone interview and I hear the process has changed in regards to the application process.
The TMAAT Qīs a few month ago were really straight forward
- where you made a mistake while flying
- you had a rude customer
- you had a conflict with a crew member
- you felt like you are not fit to fly
etc, etc
If they havenīt changed anything in the phone or FTF interview, nobody should fear the process. It is a very relaxing and "big boy approach" interview. Nobody needs to "pretend" he is something
heīs not. Just be yourself. And that would hopefully be - positive thinking, friendly, upbeat and excited to join the NetJets family.

Any interviews or hires lately?
Just curious when the latest interviews and classes were conducted.
It has been very quiet. No one seems to know who is actually doing the hiring. Sounds like hiring has stalled, possibly put on hold due to the new CEO.

Just had a new hire class start last week. Supposedly another in a month. Interviews continue, or so I've heard. They are on track to hire another 60ish, according to company leadership. All of this was in motion before the new CEO and coo. Subject to change.

Does anyone know what's up with netjets application site? Ever since they updated it my profile has been screwed up and I can't seem to change anything. My resume somehow got attached into the cover letter slot, and I can't delete it, and every time i try to re-upload my cover letter, nothing happens. Is there an HR email we can just send this stuff to? I applied the day the job opened (last winter) so I just want to be sure my stuff is being seen.
