We should have an answer in 3 more days." 3 days has come and gone..........whatever problems are occurring, it's getting old. Heard the class that interviewed the week before us is in the same boat. Great experience during interview, but afterwards has been puzzling.

Welcome!
I haven't logged onto here in the last few weeks, but I wanted to say welcome to all of the new hires! I've just completed sim training and checkride a few days ago. Now awaiting to be paired with a training Captain for IOE. I requested the 7&7 schedule while in sim training and was awarded that request right away. Once again, welcome!

They take previous type ratings into account and they seem to take size into account when assigning the Phenom. Other than who knows how they assign aircraft. You definitely don't have any say in it. My class was 8 Phenom, 8 Sovereign, 2 Hawker, 3 Encore Plus and 2 Encore.
