Default NetJets mins

How firm is NetJets on their 250 hrs of instrument experience? I currently fly a KingAir full-time and meet all of NetJets' other requirements. My problem is that I only get about 100 hours a year as PIC in the King Air (we split time between two full-time pilots) and Instrument time is hit or miss.

I am sure someone will be along shortly who knows better than I do but I would imagine the requirement is firm and that they have plenty of applicants who meet all requirements.

It is firm. Keep chipping away at it

You can count sim time as well, but it is firm.

If they count sim time then I'm good, but their website says that they only consider instrument flight time.

To qualify as a NetJets Aviation pilot candidate, you must have the following prerequisites:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
Current FAA First Class Medical certificate
2500 hours total pilot time
500 hours fixed wing multi-engine time
250 hours instrument time (actual or simulated in flight - excludes simulator time)

I should have been more specific. I meant sim instrument as in simulated. So make sure you are including your time under the hood from training.

I guess I'll have to come up with a story in order to explain to the CP why I fly under the hood all the time.

No such thing as a junior base. You live pretty much where you want (within reason)
