Default Flight Options Current Pilot Domiciles....

Flight Options is looking for F/O's..
It doesn't seem that they subscribe to Pilot's being HOME BASED.

With that known, If You apply, and are hired, what can a New Hire F/O expect to select from in terms of Pilot Domiciles?

I am wondering the same thing, if I remember correctly Options you were allowed to live anywhere there was suitable air service, APC page on Options show only a handful of bases. I applied so hopefully get an interview and clarification of bases and what the new pay scale will be.

as of now, as far as I know, if hired you go to the Flexjet side

internal recs and job fairs seem to be the secret

Are they hiring because everyone is jumping ship for their other company Flexjet which is getting all the new growth?

If I were a manager/owner, and had two groups, which group would I want to grow? The one with a union, or the one without a union? I think I know what I would do.

IMHO.

You would want the group that is happy and motivated. IMHO
