Please understand I'm trying to be a pilot I've wanted to do that every since I was a lil boy. I'm not tryin to make enemies on this forum or in real life. I don't know you all and you don't know me. I was trying to make a point, I knew someone would bring up ATP and honestly i was prepared for that. It's Ironic that Most Regionals have reduced minimums for ATP grads. The program works point blank. Now I may have bit off more than I can chew when saying I could fly circles around a Military guy.... ALTHOUGH give me the training and the time in the aircraft I'd out flyem'

I'm just trying to figure out what's the purpose of the Scope Clause
I don't think anyone takes you serious enough to consider you a threat lol.

Addition: AF 'fast track' takes a year.
I'm not comparing ATP to the military not at all Sir. I'm just saying that if it can work there why can't it work somewhere else not saying it's EXACTLY the same? And of course the environment is different it's military for crying out loud. U do what You're told no questions asked.

This is a good opportunity to discuss Scope - can we get back on topic?

How is it possible to get a degree in Aviation Management and not understand a scope clause? Did you get your degree at ATP, too?!

Please don't call me Sir! Just think before you post...we're all guilty of saying stupid stuff on here from time to time. But when you're a new guy, it's not tolerated as long. There are guys on here that have tons of experience from all sorts of backgrounds, some you will know and some you won't. But most of us don't throw our hours or credentials around in a ****ing contest. Especially if there only 3 digits deep.
