Red face General flight school fee amd advice questions

First and foremost I wanted to say this site layout and the wealth of information on this forum is AMAZING. I could lurk on here for hours just reading posts. Anyways I have a few basic questions I that I am looking for some guidance on.

I am currently attending a local community college pursuing my degree in the Aviation field with an anticipated graduation date next summer. Once
I get my AS my school has an articulation degree to a large State University to transfer my credits and start as a junior to obtain my BS in Avation Science with a minor in Business as a back-up plan.

Anyways these are the prices below for the actual Flight Training. I don't know but they seam a tad high maybe these are the norm now a days, but I could of sworn it was about $10K less than 48K for the complete
training below???

The training is through a joint partnership between my school and The Delta Connection Academy if that matters.

Flight Course *Flight Fee

AIRP 1215 Private Flight $7,500
AIRP 1255 Intermediate Flight $4,250
AIRP 2239 Commercial Flight $5,800
AIRP 2251 Multi-Engine Flight $4,450 2
AIRP 2243 Flight Instructor - Multi-Engine Airplane $8,940
AIRP 2250 Instrument Flight $6,320
AIRP 2242 Flight Instructor - Instrument Airplane $3,900
AIRP 2336 Certified Flight Instructor - Airplane $7,600

Grand total $48,760

Thanks!

It can be done for $10-15K less, but for a university program I am not sure what is considered a normal price range these days.
