For some reason or another, today I felt compelled to reflect upon some of the posts I have made over the course of the last year and a half. In a strange way, it was intriguing; similar to a time line of the my aviation career. I could only go back 500 posts, when I was first considering an airline job. As I scanned though the posts, I could actually see when I changes of heart.. when I loved Colgan.. when I defended it.. when I hated it.. when I loved it again.. when I left.. et cetera.
I was just wondering if anyone else has ever looked back at their past posts and said to themselves, "Huh, how about that" or "I can't believe I said that."

You and me both bro, if you look at my posts I defended COLGAN almost as hardcore as I bash them now...................
Colgan was a part of my "growth", but I also saw myself learn new things (thanks guys) and saw my perception of different issues change as well.
I hear yeah, I dont regret going there (better Seniority here woulda been nice), I learned a lot met great people flew a fun airplane and COLGAN took my 121 virginity, so I will always have a place for them in my heart

That's part of the learning curve of life. I'll still defend my 135 job for what it was, but I'm past that in my life now. It was great experience and a time builder, but definately not where you want to end up.

Wow, I didn't realize you guys are so sentimental and introspective! That's nice. It's always good to take stock of yourself every once in a while.
KiloAlpha, I remember you had a lot of questions back then when you were struggling with the direction in your life and whether you were making the correct decisions. I'm glad to see you've settled into a rhythm. And I am equally glad you find our support and advice useful to you. Now I ask that you turn around and help those who are following in your footsteps.
Remember, no matter what happens, your dog will always be there for you! He's a cutie.
