Yeah I'm sure ANYONE woud have ejected if they had a clear view of that damage...ignorance is sometimes bliss

Yeah, no point in risking a high-speed landing crackup or loss of control on short final (which would be fatal) just to bring home an airplane which was already wrecked anyway.

That's pretty incredible stuff. Anyone know if our F-15 fleet is up and going yet or are they still trying to determine what happened about a month or so ago?
