11 night approach on a clear night is pretty scenic. Also 19 L/R into Vegas at night as well.

I suppose Kai Tak could be considered 'scenic'. Watch out for that mountain in the scene!

25's at Compton (KCPM) are nice although I wouldn't recommend flying lower than 4000 over Compton without metal plated windows.

25L at Long Beach is also nice because when landing you get to bother the old folks playing golf

'bout to turn base for 13 at Isla de Culebra
It's kind of a long base to avoid the mountains (out of sight on the right)... and you get down to the short field speed pass through the valley, and the runway is a sharp left about 50yds pass the the valley.
