I will not name the airport to protect the innocent
. I have hanger access at an international airport, so I have a SIDA badge with driving privlages. It came due to be renewed so I call and make an apointment. When I arrive, of course you have to wait in a lobby behind a secure door and wait for the airports security coordinater to come retrieve you and escort you down the secure hallway to her office. Well she came and let me through the secure door and we are walking down the hall and TSA (2 of them) are standing there with a card table a tub and a wand. They search and wand me 15 feet from the SC office door. When Im done we go to her office and I ask her about it, she just lets out a sigh and tells me they have been there all morning trying to justify their paycheck. So to recap : Inside a secure area, being escorted by the head of security for the airport ( the person who also approves the SIDA badges), and TSA needed to search me in the hall by her office door...Go Smurfs
