I knew a young Navy enlisted female with the last name Swallow!
It had to be a terrible combination for her

My wife came across a good one yesterday doing some paperwork for her job. The guys name was Gay N. Love. I can only hope he changed it to that to make some kind of statement, because if his parents named him that they need to be put down.

Another good one from a doctor I know. She was working at a hospital early in her career and a young, uneducated woman came in and gave birth to twins. She had a boy and a girl so the hospital put a Male wristband on the boy and a Female on the girl. Well, the lady thought the hospital had named her kids for her and called them Male and Female, but pronounced "Molly" and "Femolly". Another example of why you need to pass an IQ test before you are allowed to reproduce.

Then there's the twins Orangelo and Lemongelo, which came from what mom ate during her stay at the hospital whilst birthing. Orange Jello and Lemon Jello. That could be urban legend.

This one is true. "Princess Loves Tips" went to elementary school where my mother worked.
