That is pretty neat. I would like to have seen this fly or do what ever it does in ground effect. Another name for it is the Ekranoplan. The Wikipedia page on the Ekranoplan says that in 2012 the Russians approved to resume production. Though, combining the mystery that is Russia and Wikipedia; this could be totally incorrect.
