I applaud this move.

For far too long, the folks at the top of the food chain have been abusing their privilege and abdicating their responsibility and obligations to be fair and equitable to those who work for them. We see this, for example, in Silicon Valley and high tech mgmt using H1B visas to defraud their American workers. This ruling is, and what should, happen when company mgmt puts Wall St. and themselves ahead of their customers and employees needs.

The message is really quite simple: take care of your customers and employees 1st, and the rest (like your net earnings) will take care of itself.

As a staunch capitalist, I have no sympathy for greedy capitalists who have abused their responsibilities and obligations to their employees for so long now. If their businesses fail because they cannot survive this ruling, then they should fail. The free market will replace them in a very short time.

They have their place, as does Breitbart and Fox News. All stretch the truth for their respective agendas. The key is to be a discerning reader and be able to separate fact from over-blown rhetoric and the just plain fiction.

One cannot trust WashPo or PuffHo to be genuinely and fairly critical of the left, nor can one trust Brietbart or Fox to be genuinely critical of the right. One must read both sides in order to see the full picture and put one's self in a position to be discerning. A good judge hears all sides of a story before rendering a verdict.

Wondering if this will apply to the regionals that have contract with the majors. The paint scheme is the same and they are marketed as the same company...but not.

A good judge knows the only verdict on the left/right false dichotomy is that both sides hunger for power, your rights and your property. This is their only reason for existence.
We may as well argue about which imaginary man is best, and this is why we discourage political and religious chatter here.
