Default Blue Angrels Delta Landing

Saw the Blue Angels in Pensacola last weekend. No landing or takeoff over the beach but it got me remembering watching a six ship delta landing a while back. I can find video of a diamond landing but I can't find any of a delta landing. Did I really see one?

I've seen it with the A-4 (go check out the original 'Dreams' video), but I don't ever recall them landing even the diamond with Hornets (much less all six at once).

The most impressive I remember though was the 9-ship landing that the 'SnowBirds' use to perform, but I couldn't find video of that feat either

30 seconds into this video might explain why we don't see it anymore:

That looked scary. Was waiting to see a nose go right up a tail pipe!

Section landings are fun and challenging. Landing in a delta formation would only be the last one.
