Default Jobs in hawaii.....

I've been flight instructing on the mainland, and I really just want to move back to the islands, anyone know of any jobs other than instructing? I know that I can instruct at a school out there, but there isn't too much students. Any advice is would be great.

Try cargo or air ambulance. DO you have the multi time?

Try www.airlineapps.com. I don't know what kind of time you have but getting worm bodies in the right seat must be difficult. I work for Express Jet Airlines and we are one if not the top RJ airline to work for. Our min are around 600/100multi. I'm not recomending MESA but you've got to eat.
Also, look over the "Airline Profiles" section here at Airline Pilot Central. The Major/National list might be of some help. Txair.

I was offered a job flying skydivers out of Kauai. I turned it down because the pay was weak considering Hawaii cost of living, and the only airplane was a 182, which means no multi, which I need.....Now I'm in Denver and it wont stop snowing, I could sure use a warm sunny beach.....

Alpine Air
Island Air
Trans Air
Corporate Air
Pacific Wings (no multi)

try looking at these companies...in addition to air ambulance which was recommended in an earlier post.

From what I've heard, I'd stay away from Pacific Wings. I know of at least 3 people that have warned me about them and I know 1 that left an internship early cuz it was so bad. I just moved back to Oahu a week ago. Just came back from looking at my old flight school thinking about getting a job with them.
