That makes the 300 look crowded in back.

Most recent announcement though this one is open to INTERNAL candidates only for a position in the Atlanta, GA FIFO.

Bump.

Another recent INTERNAL announcement - though open to the EVHO eligible persons.

https://www.usajobs.gov/GetJob/ViewDetails/376242400

It seems that a new policy will be to bring ALL new hires to KOKC initially and there there might (would be?) opportunity to move to other locations as positions come open.

I was actually surprised to see this position come open as we were recently told by our DO that there would be no hiring for the next two years. This might be a last chance.

As always - I'm available on the thread or PM to answer any questions you might have.

Word on the street it that there may be up to 4 new hires into the KOKC office.
There is a current INTERNAL announcement out on the street.

For those in the outside looking in; keep your eyes open for the EXTERNAL announcements that should be following soon. I don't know exactly how the smoke and mirrors of the HR world work, but I'm surprised there isn't already an external announcement out there on USAJOBS.gov mirroring the INTERNAL announcement.

The gouge in this thread remains relevant and current.

I seem to recall an announcement for Anchorage years back for an ASIP.....

Does the FAA still have Anchorage ASIPs...or is that all completed from one of the other bases now?

Closing down the Anchorage office.
Some maintenance folks will be staying up there, but the flight inspection will be covered from either the Sacramento or OKC office.
