And that was all a known/given.

Yet it was a completely stupid way to test that skill set.

Since when they started that particular ring of the circus, ALL pilots on property HADN'T demonstrated that skill set were STILL employed

Seriously, you think that was such a big gripe/b1tch of the flight ops people that HR decided to incorporate it into the selection/hiring process?

If you happen to live in a base, Houston for example, but are based in CVG or wherever, would you still be charged imputed income getting to/from work? Or could the company just put you on company metal to get to work without the charge?

Atlas doesn't fly between bases very much, so it doesn't matter. Think there are 0 normal flights IAH-CVG.

That's not a bad method if the schedules line up. If, say, you're based in ANC and the company buys you a ticket to CVG to ride CVG-ANC on company? No imputed. It would take some planning on your part, however.

Any rumors on growth, this seems like a lot of hiring just for attrition.

I'm closing in on 4000TT, of which ~2700 of that is Part 121 RJ SIC. I'm gonna guess that's still very short of competitive to snag the interview at least?

Well, I guess when they cut out a couple phases of the interview it probably helps.
