How long did the Atlas/Polar integration take?

Nothing has been agreed to on merging lists and won't be until the company finishes individual contract negotiations or some other TBD mutually agreeable process occurs(not likely for either of these options to happen anytime soon at the current rate). 1224 has no official merger policy but I think a lot are guessing DOH if/when it ever does happen.

Not a fan of websites making $$ on pilot interview experiences. So here's my experience for future applicants:
As they were short, DB informed us of a single panel interview consisting of HR & Tech.
My interview had a panel of 3. Escorted in by a senior Capt. After introductions, asked to talk about myself. Then Why Atlas? What is the word on the street about Atlas? What are some negatives that you hear? How would you fit into this dynamic lifestyle with disruptions all the time? Do you know anyone at Atlas?
Then was handed to the senior Capt. who would ask me tech. stuff.
Brief an Approach plate. Emergency procedures. What is your leadership style, talk us through it.
Any training failures? What have you learned from them? Do you have a pref on 767 vs 747?
Any questions for us?
Other guys interviewing with me had a few more tech Qs. MSAs, RNAV1 vs RNAV2, Qs on METARs. Pretty much no one got any NAT or SLOP Qs.
All in all, they are very practical and do their best to make it seem like a relaxed conversation. Lunch was excellent -provided by them.
Interviewees with a variety of backgrounds -a few military, some 737 guys, a few Regional jet captains and FOs, a few guys flying overseas. What struck me was that a lot of the guys had some international experience.
They expect to hire about 350 next year, the same number they've hired this year.
Expect to hear outcomes next week. Great if others who interviewed on Dec 1,2 could post about their experience and result as they find out..!

I interviewed Friday. My experience was nearly identical to above. I was asked to talk my way through a prestart to taxi, takeoff up to 2000 feet from the sort ramp at cvg while looking at the taxi chart and metar. (200 & 1/2 needed takeoff alternate.)
I was the only no mil, no 121 guy Friday.
Just received the happy 😊 email.

I received my acceptance email today, too.
The day was well-organized and I had a positive experience overall. The interview, as the others have said, was combined with one HR person and one pilot. It began with questions about my experience, personal background, goals, how I'll get along with possibly being gone for 20 days, and "Why not Delta? They're hiring."
The technical started with reading a complete METAR, along with the detailed info following A02. Next came briefing an approach, answering questions about said approach, about an RNAV STAR, INS/DME vs GPS.

Not quite accurate. I was there on Friday as well and have neither military nor 121 experience.

You should call HR the Friday before each class, if you can be there on Monday morning. They had a no-show in Monday's class of 6.

You MUST pass pre-employment drug screening BEFORE setting foot on the property. Pretty hard to get that done over a single weekend. For me, Atlas didn't do the wiz quiz until I was offered a class date.
