I'll apply because I want the job and meet mins, but like everything else, I don't expect to ever hear back from them.

A friend of mine that works there says pay has gone up a good bit from what it use to be in the 1900 and Dash.

From what some contacts at Alaska Airlines tell me, you could do a lot worse than starting out at ERA. They say Alaska prefers people with flying time in the state of Alaska.
