I have a buddy their and he said many of the experience pilots have already quit. Is another 36 Street Mafia. Alot of Nepotism and favoritism going on he said. He also stated management will throw you under the bus for any hiccup to the Feds.
Very disorganized management at best. If,you drink the kool-aid then you will be fine.

Eastern Airlines is interviewing for November and January class,. New Jump seat contract with major Airlines will allow new hires to travel to their base and back freely. New working rules will be implemented soon, the new rules will give the crew members better quality of life .
