135 PIC counts toward a 121 upgrade. 91K PIC as well. 135 *SIC* is worthless in this application. Of course each carrier may have its own requirements.

I interviewed here. Great interview experience and they're very nice folks. I just couldn't move to Denver given the high cost of living.

I get that part, but they've brought people on before to be street captains who weren't quite up to snuff. Just because a pilot meets the mins doesn't mean they will let them loose in the Saabs.

Default Interline benefits

A minor point, but does PenAir offer interline travel benefits? Might be a dumb question, I've been flying cargo or charter so it's been years since I traveled on a "pass." Maybe in these days of LCC's a cheap ticket is better than standby, anyway?

We use ID90TRAVEL. The biggies are United and Alaska, plus a few others.

Calls should be going out soon for interviews to fill a January class.

Can anyone speak about the training? Where it is? Length? Are they looking for FOs in PDX?

Ground school is in ANC, sims are in MIA. If I remember right ground is about 3 weeks, and 11 days in sim. PDX is full at the moment, but there is so much movement that it might be possible out of training or shortly after.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll send my resume in and see what happens.

Still looking for street captains? Have SF340 type with 5k in type under 121. I see only an FO listing at the website.

I don't know, maybe for Denver. It's worth throwing in an app, the CP is looking over resumes and setting up interviews soon. PM me if you have more specific questions.
