It seems the hiring process has changed in recent months (Everyone I've sent your way seems to be getting a different experience than we had last fall). What is the current hiring process and is the company funding applicant travel to the training center as part of the process?

If accepted, time between interview and start date depend on candidate availability.
I waited 9 weeks between signing my acceptance offer and my start date to allow me to wrap up my former life.
I found it helpful to reach out to KA350HM via PM after I had completed my application with the job post # ensure the company had received it and it was complete and to supply them with any follow on documentation they requested. It helped make the process run more smoothly.

It's a good company , and the program is worth applying to if you meet the requirements.
