Please reply - King Air ISR in Oklahoma City
Hello.......................
Anyone have any information on Commuter Air Technologies out of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma recruiting for King Air ISR pilots ???
The usual stuff, pay, quality of life at the "remote location" ,
insurance benefits, especially health, how is medical emergencys handled; wounds from a RPG attack at your bed down location, bullet wounds, popped tooth filling, broken bones, etc, etc, etc.
I know the type of flying, duties and programs that ISR entails and some of the "remote locations" operating from - - - - -I just want to more about the company before I apply.
Please reply.

Hard to get on with, if you don't have a clearance and a King Air type they probably won't take you. Can't hurt to apply though.
From the grapevine... they stay in hotels at least at one location anyways, from what I heard the pay is on par with their competitors.
They do US government ISR contracts which means if you are injured overseas you should be covered by the Defense Base Act or DBA. You may have to pay out of pocket initially, but it's 100% reimburseable AFAIK.

FWIW I haven't heard much about CAT, but what I've heard has been good.
