Speaking of power lifting, recently brought down my training reps in the 6-8 range which is a more strength training range for me. Its working well so far.

Dam, that sounds nasty... IM sorry to hear. Hope you recover quickly. tendons do take awfully long to heal. So are you at home then fore the recovery.... Are you taking any ancillary shots say, IGF-1 or growth to air in the repair?

True, a real gym rat detests cardio.. Save on burning up any precious hard earned muscle. LOL @ cardio bunnies...

And I will also add, deep squats which is what I call squatting.. Not those sissy 1/4 inch squats I see so many guys doing.. lol

You're not one of those muscle heads with a big belly are ya? Nothing wrong with cardio for some extra sculpting/weight loss. I guess i'm a cardio bunny.

Butt to the floor is the only squat I do.. If it doesnt touch the grass, " No no. Dat dont work.. Do it again. Naoww" Said like Arnie...

Lear flyer, hahaa.. Nah Im not... Im not a cardio bunny or the michelin tyre man either. LOL I got a tad bit of tummy fat which I regulate with 1-2 sessions of punching bag cardio. I also cycle my carbs as Im gaining more muscle... I still maintain good defintion in my arms and delts and legs so thats good... The definition in the stomach isnt important to me now. Just keeping it from hanging over my belt in the off season.

IM not as huge as Dangling.

Oh Im not kicking cardio... But generally, most find it utterly boring so if u can do it outdoors or such, this is best bet for the average person.. If u on a layover at a hotel, do some laps in the pool...

P90X is the way to go, don't need a fancy gym any good spare space in the hotel will do, plus you have the hotel steps to work with.
