Lear flyer, hahaa.. Nah Im not... Im not a cardio bunny or the michelin tyre man either. LOL I got a tad bit of tummy fat which I regulate with 1-2 sessions of punching bag cardio. I also cycle my carbs as Im gaining more muscle... I still maintain good defintion in my arms and delts and legs so thats good... The definition in the stomach isnt important to me now. Just keeping it from hanging over my belt in the off season.
