alright i need some motivation. Just an FYI I am not a pilot but love aviation and hopefully we be one someday, whether its just something I do for a hobby or career. Anyway my current job is very demanding and my work schedule is from 7:30 am - 6:00pm.

I always make excuses not to go to the gym because the way I look at it is by the time i get home from work and go to the gym its 6:30pm, work out until 8pm, eat dinner around 8:30-9pm and the leaves me with about an 1.5 hours to relax before i have to go to bed and do it all over again.

I know its a bad excuse but i really enjoy the time that i can just kick back and relax after a long day.

So any advice or motivation to get me into the gym would be apperciated.

Thats very true . But you need to realise its something you have to do for your own benefit. Like everything in this life, you have to get up and do it or else no one will do it for you. Just like this profession.

Look at it this way: every day, you are working on either your "before" picture or your "after" picture!

Every day is one step closer to the goal you want to achieve.
