True, many early late forty types, a hand full of early mid 30 s types. Well probably hang on to a 3-5yr upgrade until around 2020-2021. Unless there's another aircraft order the medical chairs will stop here and we're only looking at about 100 ret/yr. Things are moving now, but be ready to get cozy!

I was told cars are only allowed if it is your own; no rental cars would be allowed. Does anyone have confirmation of this?

This will really suck for those who typically rent at recurrent training to go out for dinner and get to the airport ASAP after it's over.

I heard second hand, so take it with a grain of salt. I heard if they labeled it a hotel, legally they had to build a parking lot. But if it were a lodge, no parking lot required. And the name stuck I guess since they literally named it the Lodge.

Right, and since it is on airport property it would be a huge pain to build a parking lot. Lots of hoops to jump through- since other airport parking facilities don't want competition.

Trying to upload resume/training failure/LOR in DOCX format and it is not accepting it. What has everyone else done to add documents?

Personally i think that's the bs shut up and color sandman answer. .. not knocking you.

I just can't imagine it being that hard to get 50-100 paved slots on property when your opening a facility that can house hundreds and needs staff. .. not to mention the soft ball and soccer field I'm sure they'll rent out.

But hey I've been wrong before

There's an establishment in Dallas called The Lodge. But they only have valet parking...

The airport refused to allow more parking for whatever reason. There's an overflow lot in the back now that is all gravel, and the airport won't allow JB to pave it. I heard it had to do with runoff/EPA stuff.
