Some of those pilots include a former Blue Angel, former U-2 pilot, and every other military aircraft imaginable. Some were former chief pilots to very large corporate flight departments. Some were check airman at their former regional. I've never flown with a guy I wouldn't fly with again.

A perfect trip:
Both pilots wearing lanyards.
Good discussion involving boobs (if you're into that), football, and where we are going to grab a beer.
Get to layover hotel, now beer is consumed. (Hooray!)
Repeat for days 2,3, or 4.
Go home, don't talk about airplanes. Watch football.
Did I mention football starts soon. FOOTBALL! What a wonderful time of the year. A whole season devoted to drinking beer, eating brats, and watching the greatest sport ever. (Go Pats)
