There was a thread about this a while back. You have to show why you genuinely want to work for an airline like SWA. They want dedicated and fun employees who also know their stuff and are willing to be team members.

A few questions if you don't mind. I retire from the AF in a little over a year, is it too early to put my app in? Also how many of you don't have the type?
