Default Frontier ripe for SWA buyout??.

I know there was a thread on this about a month back, but I think recent events have made it even more interesting. Frontier stock fell to a new 52 week low today. They are one of the few airlines forecast to lose money this year, and their market cap is hovering around 200 million...chump change for SWA. If SWA is looking to acquisitions, F9 looks like easy pickings. They could sell the A319/318s quickly and the 73G could easily cover the existing F9 international routes. Half of SWA's current firm orders could replace the entire F9 fleet in 18 months. They go international, dominate DIA, and get the growth they want all for less than 6 months worth of net income. Sure looks like a good move to me, but what do I know?
