Maybe the best part is that the guy is the President of some company that sells the video equipment he used to tape his idiocy. He has the link to the video on his company's homepage, and apparently thinks that this helps his product's image.
Seems to me he is providing evidence for his own prosecution for interference with the duties of a crewmember!

I couldn't believe the patience the Captain had with this guy. Personally, I wonder if the Captain let this guy go too far as nowadays you're never sure when some disgruntled, mentally unstable passenger may escalate the situation to a physical confrontation.

It's a thin line with some passengers nowadays- this guy seems to have thought that his thought and decision process was far superior to the Captain's as he started ordering the Captain around.
