Can a CASS participant jumpseat on Air Canada?

CASS has nothing to do with it, that's US only. It's safe to assume that you will not get in the cockpit on any foreign airliner. You might posibly be able to talk yourself into a cabin seat on some foriegn airlines. Maybe.

Probably better to buy a ZED fare.
