Lightbulb Hey CAL Pilots, why does ExpressJet only pay 66 Cents/G?

Hey CAL Pilots, why does ExpressJet only pay 66 Cents/G!

Who do you think picks up the other $1.00/G?

USE CAUTION......"Purchase Capicity Agreement" / Cost Shifting SCAM on Mainline Pilots in place!

$1.00? last flight plan i looked at (AUS-IAH) it was about $2.07 so we're actually paying about $1.40.

have to guarantee their operating margin, now, don't we?

BIG thorn in our sides at CO.

If continental hadn't sold them off wouldn't you guys have gotten their $120 million plus profit per year for the last couple years? (lowering your losses) Even if you find a cheaper carrier to do your flying instead of Express, you still have to pay that carrier a profit margin over whatever it costs them, right. So from here until whenever you are actually giving profits away that used to be yours (continentals).

Sounds like management is the big thorn in your side.

I'm not big on the lingo- but what does $1.00/G mean? And for that matter, what the heck is per-deim... I don't deal with these things and no one I know or know about can explain it very well.
Thanks,
