Default Hats off to Jet Blue

Jet Blue Airways has extended crew jumpseat privileges to all MAXjet Pilots and Flight Attendants thruough January 30, 2008.

Big help of the the displaced job seekers.

Probably one of the only classiest acts in the sky today.

To the Jet BLue team... well done

I know a few pilots who are throwing their blue dart to a maxjet guy.

I've ridden on JetBlue a few times and they've ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me. They're welcome on my JS anytime!

Can anyone cut and paste the memo. I'd like to introduce it at JC.

ok, I don't have the email anymore ( deleted) but one of our guys emailed verna kay ( lady boss of interviews) about getting an interview for one of his buddies and this is the response he got

"We have been in communication with their Chief Pilot and inviting them to attend our next Open House in Orlando on February 2. Their jumpseat authorization will be extended on JB so they can travel with ease.

Please ensure name deleted has applied online.

Many thanks and Happy New Year! "

A classy move. Glad to see that things like that still happen in this industry.

Default Classless Act

Isn't this the same Jet Blue who re-created a B-scale with their E-190's. The other major pilots were forced to negotiate, through bankruptcy, comptetative payscale for their jets. At Northwest, it was take Jet Blues E-190 payscale or we will dump the DC-9. Lose your job or sink to Jet Blue's contract. Now they are trying to raise their conditions to those which they had comtempt for.

Class Act Jet Blue....

A small gesture does not make an angel...
