Default Details on AirTran health plans

I know the premiums are pretty steep, but can anyone tell me if their health plans are good. What kind of deductibles, copay, coinsurance, coverage, etc? Have a family of 4 and am a little worried about the cost. Is there a website that lists these plans? Asked AirTran, but they didn't have the info readily available.

Plan on spending about $450 per month for some basic med/dental/vision/life for your family of 4. The benefits are a la carte so you can pick and choose. Med is Aetna, Dental-United Healthcare, and vision-Spectera. It will drop around $80 per month after your first year. We are going to use the wife's benefits (teacher), hope this helps. There are higher levels of med coverage, but the value wasn't there when I crunched the numbers.

Coverage, good. Never had a problem. No cost hospitalization, no lifetime max, no required PCP or referrals needed and low co-pays.

But damn expensive!!
