United Hogan assessment?

I really think (hope) that the Hogan will be going away in the future, as the slew of retirements start. And they get less picky, trying to fill seats.

Take it FWIW, but multiple people that are involved with process have said in one variation or another something along the lines of "as long as certain person is in charge, there will ALWAYS be the HPI".

Any chance of the Hogan going away disappeared with the germen wings accident. As a corporation it's the best way to limit Liability by saying here is the pilot profile he must have had a problem after being hired.....did you talk to the medical examiner who issued his class one medical.......FWIW the hogan was implemented before BK.
Good luck and nothing is worse then being told you failed a stupid test that has no bearing on your ability to perform your duty in the cockpit.
