Default First flight on Express Jet

To All Express Jet folks out there.

Just wanted to let you know that I had my first flight on your airline from ONT to TUL tonight (18 Mar 08).

Nice EMB 145 (though the FREE XM radio kept cutting out) and a friendly flight crew who took time to answer some of my questions.

Lauren the FA did an outstanding job and worked harder than I have seen any FA work in a long time!

So....nice airplane, usually free XM radio, full can of soda, free sandwich and a cookie with bag of carrot sticks (with ranch dressing), another snack of chips and topped off with a peppermint!

Yes I know I'm making a big deal out of little things but the point is that it is better customer service and ammenities (if you can call them that) than I have seen for a long time.

I'm about to become a regular flyer with Express Jet since they opened the Fresno to San Diego route and now I'm looking forward to the experience.

WAY TO GO EXPRESS JET! Nicely done.

I had a similar experience. I wish them the best. It's a better product than the competition at the same price and often cuts a leg out of your trip.

Yes - a direct flight from ONT to TUL was great and saved quite a bit of time. It was a 3:15 road trip to ONT from home base - but the traffic wasn't bad so overall the whole experience was a good one. My first time to fly out of ONT but I'm thinking it won't be the last.

That's what I like to hear guys! Now if we could just get oil down below $110/bbl we'd be all set.

Thumbs up XJet

Just wanted to add I got a chance to jumpseat with you guys (XJet) and was really impressed! (Thanks for the ride, btw) The crews have good morale, I like the route structure, and your fare prices are very competitive. Let's give them our business when we can!
