How important is trust to you? Rate each on a scale of 1 - 5 (1 = lowest / 5 = highest or most trustworthy)

1. What is the value of trust?

2. Currently, how much do you trust your management?

3. Currently, how much do you trust the MEC of your airline?

4. Currently, how much do you trust the National level of your union?

5. Currently, how much do you trust your co-workers?

Ignore the first poll, I was trying to make a certain kind of poll, and failed. INSTEAD, Please rate the above on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 meaning little or no value, and 5 being the highest level of trust.

its not that kind of desk . . . I work in ops. For a class, I'm researching/writting a paper that deals with labor relations in the industry, one of the main points will likely be in regards to the aspect of trust. I figured I would throw this out there to see what ya'll would say.
