Debatable. I'll give him credit for his swagger....his ability to go to DC and get something done, getting an all Boeing fleet, painting the fleet all the same scheme, and just cleaning things up. The service was a bad as the paint paint combo on the PEX 72's. LOL He lined his pockets too....I'll give him credit for that. He wasn't responsible for the mid to late nighty's boom that lifted all boats, and that was probably your point.
