US, AA. I don't remember if UA still flies down there. Unless you can hitch a ride on CM to PTY and get around.

FDX has 23 hr lo's during the week 71 hrs over the weekend in PTY.

Spirit has a layover in Lima but not in central america, as far as I know.

Spirit started flying into PTY (panama) back in february out of FLL.

Central America even small is compose by 7 countries, Costa Rica has Delta, Continental, AA. F9 and Spirit US Air are all turn around.

CO does overnights in lots of Central American countries. Newark is far enough for a layover. South America too.
