This is the kind of crap that the government likes to say, but the ninth amendment to the constitution specifically forbids this kind of crap.
If you all remember the US is different than the rest of the world in that our rights come from a higher power and the government can only take away rights for the good of all. This is opposed to other countries where the rights of the citizens come from the government thus, citizens have no rights except the ones granted by the government.
Therefore, this "it's a privilege not a right" is a lot of bull. You have all the rights of a human except those specifically taken away for a good reason. Last time I checked the US government had not taken away the right to fly. I agree; this police state which is currently trying to take away every right they can, has got to stop.
